The forums are hosted by JAMM Transit; a subdivision of INCA Community Services, Inc. Discussion will be directed towards transportation which fills a critical need by connecting rural residents and their communities to jobs, health care, shopping, and economic well-being. Passenger transportation is particularly vital to those without access to a car. In many cases this includes our seniors, persons with disabilities, those too young to drive and persons who cannot afford or choose not to own a car. It is also key to economic completion in rural Oklahoma. It helps communities attract prospective businesses. Local citizens will have the opportunity to comment on transportation needs, share their views on services, and discuss ways in which transportation needs can be met. Information gathered will be used to formulate and direct the delivery of service provided by JAMM Transit. Any person needing additional information please contact Erica Pogue at 580-889-5193.
