Said Defendants are hereby notified that Kristi Clark, Abel Brett Clark, Trevor Clark, Jr., Jesse Clark, Trenton Riley Clark, Morgan Shai Clark and Jennifer D. Clark, Plaintiffs, have filed in the District Court of Johnston County, State of Oklahoma, their Petition against the Defendants above named alleging that they are the owners of the following described real property situated in Johnston County, State of Oklahoma:

A tract of land in the E/2 SE/4 NE/4 SE/4 of Section 24, Township 1 South, Range 6 East, Johnston County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 24; Thence N0000’00”E along the East line of said Section 24 a distance of 1399.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence S9000’00”W a distance of 330.00 feet; Thence N0000’00”E a distance of 132.00 feet; Thence N9000’00”E a distance of 330.00 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 24; Thence S0000’00”W a distance of 132.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less; (“Property”);
and in actual and peaceable possession thereof; that Defendants, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of: Leslie Dale Clark, deceased, Jared Frank Clark, deceased, and Deanna Joyce Clark, deceased, Trevor Dale Clark, Sr., deceased, may claim some right, title, or interest in and to said real property adverse to the ownership of Plaintiffs, which constitutes a cloud on the title; that the said Defendants be required to show what right, title, or interest, if any, that they now have in and to said real property adverse to the right, title, and interest of Plaintiffs, in and to said real property be quieted against Defendants and their successors, and the Defendants, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title, or interest in and to said real property.
