DEQ MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION NO. SLR000035251044

Notice is hereby given that the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued a draft permit to the Town of Bromide.  A final permit, if issued, would allow Town of Bromide to construct a municipal wastewater additional equipment or wastewater line extension.  The construction will be located at:  Hwy. 7D and Mile Corner Rd. SE 1/4, SW 14 SW14 Section 5, Township 2S, Range 8EIM, Latitude:  34 24’ 23 N Longitude:  96 29’ 35: W.  Town of Bromide Public Works is a municipal facility that treats and distributes or accepts domestic wastewater.  The facility also proposes to operate a land application permit.

A copy of the draft permit, application and other relevant documents may be reviewed at the Offices of the DEQ, Water Quality Division, 707 N.
