Notice is hereby given that the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued a draft permit to the Town of Bromide. A final permit, if issued, would allow Town of Bromide to construct a municipal wastewater additional equipment or wastewater line extension. The construction will be located at: Hwy. 7D and Mile Corner Rd. SE 1/4, SW 14 SW14 Section 5, Township 2S, Range 8EIM, Latitude: 34 24’ 23 N Longitude: 96 29’ 35: W. Town of Bromide Public Works is a municipal facility that treats and distributes or accepts domestic wastewater. The facility also proposes to operate a land application permit.
A copy of the draft permit, application and other relevant documents may be reviewed at the Offices of the DEQ, Water Quality Division, 707 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, or Bromide Fire Department 105 N.
