Additionally, the Guardian sold the personal property of the Ward to Keith Utley for the sum shown, with the personal property described as:

Household Goods, Furniture, Appliances, etc., for the sum of $319.19; and Miscellaneous Personal Items to include lawnmowers, ladders, scrap metal, etc., for the sum of $406.19.

Further, the Guardian sold the personal property of the Ward to Michael Brantley for the sum shown, with the personal property described as:

 

Taft Tractor 45DI with Front Loader, for the sum of $251.00; and

John Deere 5210 Tractor with Brush Hog, for the sum of $4,751.00.

A hearing on the Second Return of Sale has been ordered fixed by the undersigned Judge of the Court for the 23rd day of April, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the Court Room in the County Courthouse in Tishomingo, Oklahoma and all persons interested are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Sale of Real and Personal Property should not be confirmed.
