5. The Special Administrator has requested an order waiving the filing of an Appraisal and Inventory and the total value of the estate as set forth in the Petition will not be of an aggregate value in excess of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
6. A hearing will be held on the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator, Final Accounting, and Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge on the 8th day of April 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., before the Court at the Johnston County Courthouse, located at 403 West Main, Tishomingo, Oklahoma 73460.
7. Any person receiving this notice or otherwise interested in the estate must file an objection to the petition before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner, Wesley D. Scruggs, Jr., c/o Mordy, Mordy, Pfrehm & Wilson, P.C., Post Office Box 457, Ardmore, Oklahoma 73402, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition.
8. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed, and the claim of any creditor not shown in the petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the Special Administrator on or before a date certain at least thirty (30) days following the filing of the combined notice.
9. All creditors having claims against Wesley Don Scruggs, Sr., also known as Wesley Don Scruggs, also known as Wesley D.
