The decedent died on or about December 28, 2023, while residing in Johnston County, Oklahoma.  The decedent is identified as James Richard McArthur, Sr., who departed this life on or about December 28, 2023, in Johnston County, Oklahoma.

On February 4, 2026, the District Court of Johnston County entered its Order admitting the Last Will and Testament to probate and appointing the Personal Representative in this proceeding.  A Petition seeks admission of the Last Will and Testament dated February 7, 2018, to probate and the appointment of Lisa Shephard as Personal Representative of the Estate.  Notice has issued setting a hearing on the Petition for Probate and for appointment of Lisa Shephard as Personal Representative in the District Court of Johnston County.

All claims must be in writing and must contain:  (a)  the name and address of the creditor; (b) the amount claimed; (c) the basis of the claim; (d) any security interests or other collateral securing the claim.  Claims should be delivered or mailed to the Personal Representative at the address below, with a copy filed with the Court Clerk.  Personal Representative:  Lisa Shephard, 1303 Daniels Street, Tishomingo, OK, 73460.  Lisa Shephard is the Petitioner appointed as Personal Representative and resides at 1303 Daniels Street, Tishomingo, OK, 73460.
