Trace Fiber Networks is proposing to construct a 190-foot (195 feet maximum with appurtenances) self-support communications tower located near 301 Western Avenue in the City of Tishomingo, Johnston County, Oklahoma. The approximate coordinates for the subject tower are: 34 – 14 – 26.06N, 96 – 41 –48.55W (34.240583, -96.696833).  Marking and/or lighting is not required by the FAA for aviation safety.  All interested persons are invited to review and request further environmental processing of the FCC application associated with the proposed tower. Chairman Mike Niblett called regular meeting of 11-24-25 to order at 9:16 a.m.  Others present Cacy Cribbs, Roy Wayne Blevins and Niblett, Guyla Hart, Stacey Pulley, Susan Hesbrook, Bethany Varner, Mark Canaday, Gary Dodd, Jason Bryant, Crystal Alvarez and Kathy Ross.  

Blevins proceeded with the prayer and Cacy Cribbs lead the flag salute. 

Blevins moved to approve the minutes for regular meeting of 11-17-25, second Cribbs, vote aye Blevins, Cribbs and Niblett.  

No action on Awarding Bid #620-25 for 2001 or Newer Pumper Truck for Milburn FD, there was no bids received and this will be re-bid on agenda for Dec 1, 2025. 

Cribbs moved to approve on Repairs for Log Cabin Tower Site Due to Possible Lightening Strike, Paid from Communication Funds in the amount of $5,707.81, second Blevins, vote aye Blevins, Cribbs and Niblett.
