The City of Tishomingo (City) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced contractors to provide construction services for City-owned property at 601 W Main Street. The contractor will provide exterior restoration, exterior painting, interior ceiling restoration, dry wall patching, and interior painting.
Each bidder must provide a detailed specification sheet with price in a sealed bid to City Manager, Bryce Jones, located at 1130 E Main Street, Tishomingo, Oklahoma 73460 by December 12th, 2025, by 10:00 AM (local time).

(a) An Order creating 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units for the Caney, Sycamore and Woodford common source(s) of supply underlying Section(s) 30, Township 3 South, Range 4 East, Johnston County, Oklahoma. Said 640-acre horizontal units to be formed by the governmental section, with the permitted well location for the Sycamore to be located not closer than 660 feet from the boundary of such unit; the permitted well location for the Caney to be located not closer than 330 feet from the boundary of such unit; and the permitted well location for the Woodford to be not closer than 165 feet from the north and south line and not closer than 330 feet from the east and west line of such unit.
(b) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing.

Reports gave by: Guyla Hart – Assessor states that she has spoke with Janis Ashbey regarding the Christmas tree lighting on Dec 3, 2025. Ashby states that she only needs the County to provide the trailer and to block the roadway for the event. Stacey Pulley – E911 states that she is working on finishing up the audit this week. Mark Canaday – Dist #1 states that the Annex should be getting drywall and that the front exterior material should be getting delivered soon. The EOC Training Center project, the plumbers are roughing in and the building package will be there next week. On 11-13-25 there will be a bridge dedication at Delaware Creek for Ricky Martin at 11 am. Scott Kirby – EMS states that he is overseeing gathering things for the Community Thanksgiving dinner and the Assessor’s office will gather funds for part of the vegetables. Jason Bryant – EOC states that we are still needing a tree trimming company to do some clean up at the Wapanucka Tower site. Cribbs states that CED meeting is Wednesday.
