96-year-old World War II veteran George Branch led the opening ceremony at the annual Johnston County Riding Club Rodeo last Friday and Saturday, Oct. 6-7, at the Murray State College Rodeo Arena ion Tishomingo. Carrying the Oklahoma flag at right is National Guard Vietnam veteran and former Johnston County Sheriff Tom Winkler.
