Nora Rios, owner of the Nacho Mama’s Casa restaurant in Tishomingo, was the First Place winner in the Business category of the Johnston County Chamber of Commerce’s annual Scarecrow Contest. In addition to the award plaque, Rios won a free quarter-page ad donated by the Johnston County Sentinel.
