Local highway to be dedicated to veteran

Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall (R-Atoka) will participate in a memorial highway dedication on Monday, Nov. 13,  at 10 a.m.   Davis-Moore American Legion Post 164 will be leading the dedication with the presentation of colors and introductions.
